This is an elegant 100% Pedro Ximenez, aged for 5 year in bota. Concentrated and nuanced this is an ethereal wine with endless finish.
Nose: Packed with figs, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and cigar box aromas.
Palate: Thick and sweet and extremely well balanced.
