Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that due to the Covid19 situation that we cannot guarantee delivery times due to staff limitation, courier limitations and processing time. However we are committed to keeping you up to date every step of the way and keep to the timescales listed below as much as possible.
Delivery times vary from 1 - 5 business days, depending on your location and shipping selection. Tracking details will be emailed once the order has been dispatched.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur during the current COVID19 Pandemic. We will notify you immediately upon order if this is the case.
We can arrange collection at weekends for European Packages at an additional cost of £19.00 per pick up. Please contact us directly to arrange this service.
Inverurie Whisky Shop ships to addresses within the U.K and EU Countries.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Inverurie Whisky Shop is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Inverurie Whisky Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
