Tasting Notes:
Nose: Apple crumble sprinkled with cinnamon dust, fresh hay, lemon curd, barley sugar and slight floral freshness.
Palate: Roasted lemon peel, dark chocolate, green apples in baking spices, heather honey, cut grass, ginger, warm and juicy.
Finish: Medium length, wood spice, baked apples, chilli warmth, hint of poached pears and a lot of love.
