A bottling from Glenallachie’s latest Wood Collection. This 9 year old has been subjected to extensive ageing without a “flor” yeast layer, Oloroso,, which roughly translates to fragrant, is the darkest dry Sherry style renowned for its pronounced nutty, dried fruit qualities.

Nose: Heather honey, mocha and dried apricots, with notes of cinnamon butter, red velvet cake and marzipan.
