The release celebrates Sutherland’s thriller novel, The Castle, which is set on a fictional Highland estate inspired by the real historic Ballindalloch Castle.
Cask Type: Aged in a mix of first and second-fill ex-bourbon casks. The second-fill casks previously held peated whisky, introducing a twist to the classic profile.
