Tasting Notes:
Nose: Light, wispy smoke with a briny edge, driftwood embers, and sea spray. This is layered over classic Lindores notes of fresh orchard fruits, vanilla, and cereal.
Palate: Bold and full-bodied. Initial juicy orchard notes of stewed apples and ripe pear are followed by creamy vanilla and caramelised sugar.
Finish: Long and powerful, featuring lingering spice, oak, treacle, and almond paste
