The CRN57° 30 Year Old is a premium blended malt Scotch whisky created by the Cairn Distillery, a Highland venture founded by independent bottlers Gordon & MacPhail. Since the distillery only opened in 2022 and its own single malts are still maturing, the CRN57° range was developed to give enthusiasts a "taste of the future" by blending existing high-quality malts to represent the distillery's intended house style.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Rich fruitcake, candied peel, cinnamon, and sticky Medjool dates, with hints of polished oak and old leather.
Palate: Full-bodied and layered with spice, black pepper, sultanas, dark forest fruits, and dark chocolate.
Finish: Long and sweet with notes of liquorice and lingering soft spice.
