Tasting Notes:
Nose: Custard tart, riesling, porridge and honey
Palate: Sweet custard, banana, light citrus, hay, walnut and a bitter oak spice. Water works well here.
Finish: Medium to long, drying with the oak spice lingering and an acidic sweetness.
