A taste of Glenglassaugh is a pull to the lush shores of Sandend Bay. Distilled with mineral-rich water, and nourished by the sea air that drifts through the warehouses.
Over time, the specially selected casks enhance and compliment the lush flavour of Glenglassaugh's unique spirit, infused with troppical sweetness and seasoned with a crack of sea salt.
Cask Type: Bourbon, Sherry and Manzanilla Casks
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Soft, buttery vanilla ice-cream drenched in tropical fruit, with chocolate and a touch of sea salt.
Palate: Waves of salted caramel with an effervescent burst of pineapple, cherry and grapefruit, enlivened by the ocean shore.
Finish: Grapefruit and juicy berries, more vanilla and butterscotch, and a distant coastal breeze.
