The Universelle cuvée comes from 7 different villages in the Marne Valley and has a rare blend - heavily dominated by Pinot Meunier (65%) with 30% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir. The Baron family then age this for nearly 4 years in the cellar before release.
