Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fruit salad sweets and fresh pineapple, with vanilla custard and white pepper on the nose. Complex sweetness and juicy, fruity notes get the mouth watering straight away
Palate: Sweet porridge with honey, subtle oak giving a toasty, welcoming spice that cuts through the sweetness and prevents this dram becoming sickly sweet. It’s a very enjoyable, verging on quaffable dram with a juicy, fruity epicenter surrounded by cereals, sugar puffs and lemon flavored biscuits.
Finish: The finish has a juicy tartness to it, salivating and moreish with a creamy texture holding that pineapple note and loads of sweet caramel lingering too.
