Unlike the distillery's typical sherry-heavy profile, this expression matured for two full decades in a refill bourbon barrel (Cask #2107), resulting in a unique profile for the Highland malt

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Poached pear, lychee, honey, almonds and freshly ground coffee

Palate: Slightly waxy in texture, with white chocolate and coffee notes, accompanied by notes of green grape and star anise

Finish: Long spiced finish with marzipan, tobacco, cardamom and nutmeg.
