Single cask bottling from the Goldfinch Wine Series. This is the fifth release in a set of 5 single casks containing Sherry matured Blair Athol single Malt Whisky that has been finished for over 18 months.
Cask type: Finished First Fill German Barrique previously holding a blend of Bacchus and Scheurebe wines

Tasting Notes:
Nose: White fruit, caramel with a hint of vanilla
Palate: Apples, grass with a rounded vanilla custard with a gentle oak and hints of tobacco.
Finish: A long oily finish with toffee, tobacco and white fruit
