Nose: Orchard fruits, vanilla, toasted almonds and chamomile, underpinned by damp forest floor and a subtle hint of smouldering wool
Palate: an Oily mouthfeel carries sweet stewed apples, ripe peaches, vanilla buttercream and marzipan, balanced by earthy minerality and gentle bonfire smoke.
Finish: Medium to long finishing with orchard fruits, wood ash, warming cloves and a delicate hint of turmeric.
