Product Details: Passitivo is produced using only the best hand-picked Primitivo grapes from low-yielding vineyards in Puglia, in Southern Italy. A portion of these grapes follow a rare winemaking technique called “appasimento” whereby the grapes are dried for a brief period to concentrate their aromas and rich fruit flavours.
