A funky yet delicate dram that is bursting with exotic flavours. It'd a harmonious balance of caramelized pineapple, smooth vanilla and sweet toffee.
This blend combines Speyside and Highland malts with Highland and Lowland Single Grains, including: Knockdhu (Virgin oak barrel), Invergordon (ex-Cognac barrel), Blair Athol (Bourbon barrel), Unnamed Speyside (Virgin oak barrel), North British (Virgin oak barrel) and Benrinnes (Chinquapin barrel).
Cask Type: Virgin Oak, Cognac Cask and Chinquapin
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Honey, orange zest, dried apricots, vanilla, ripe bananas and nuts.
Palate: Caramel, cinnamon, milk chocolate, candied orange and pineapple sours.
Finish: Spicy and sweet with tropical fruits.
