Created using 100% Mainland Concerto barley, aged for 5 years and peated to 81.0ppm.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Vanilla milkshake, Scottish tablet and warm custard meet pear drops and malt syrup.
Palate: The peat builds in waves: dry, earthy smoke, smouldering oak and ash.
Finish: Salinity cuts through the sweetness, creating clarity.
