In true Ralfy fashion, this was no ordinary blending session. Over two hours, live in the Whisky Bothy and streamed to his Patreon community, Ralfy real-time blended five different Scotch whisky samples to craft what has become an epic new bottling — now wrapped proudly in North Star Spirits livery.

“Raisin-oak, soft vanillas, syrupy gingers, soft plum & a little light French mustard. Adding water sweetens the nose & lifts cask influence. Caol Ila peat, ginger, oakwood, soft liquorice, with hints of absinthe. Adding water brings out saltiness, some tar & chimney-peat, with mint, floral & savoury green sage.” - Ralfy
