Product Details:
Sometimes you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone. Strathmill, tucked away at the side of the road in Keith, it might seem pretty anonymous.
There do seem to be a lot of rumours about the distillery being largely mothballed locally despite its importance in the J&B recipe. Anyway, focussing on the distillate, this cask was chosen because it’s just wonderfully rounded.
An LBD style of sherry rather than a full on smack about the chops, it’s well integrated,
clean and very drinkable.
An American oak, cream sherry hogshead making for a more subtle style of sherry.
