About the Bottle:
The white Albariza soil of Jerez is formed by Diatoms, microscopic marine algae fossilised over millions of years. A bota is the local term for a wooden barrel: each bota is carefully selected for its unique character and quality, in a similar way a single cask whisky is chosen.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Intense aromas of dried apricots and toast.
Palate: Richly built without heaviness, interwoven with walnut and salted caramel on the finish.
