Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old 70cl
From the highest distillery in Scotland, set in the windswept Grampian Mountains with their unlimited supply of fresh spring water, comes this delightfully gently, delicately smokey Single Malt. Smooth tasting, with flavours of creamy vanilla and a honey sweetness, finished with a glow of surprising, smoky intensity.
The Dalwhinne Distillery comes from the gaelic "Dail-coinneeamh", which translates as "meeting place" and was founded in the Highlands in 1898. Dalwhinnie retains the old ways, using rare wooden worm-tubs, and it's distinctive pagoda rooftops give this distillery a charm and real spirit of character.
