From the Isle of Raasay, an island rooted in centuries of illicit distilling, comes the first legal Single Malt Whisky.
A combination of 6 cask styles, maturing both peated and unpeated whisky make up the small batch releases of the lightly peated single malt.

Nose: Aromatic smoke, cherry, apricot and blackcurrant
Palate: Savoury spices, cinnamon, crystalised sugar, vanilla and butterscotch.
