Tasting Notes:
Nose: Peat smoke leads on the nose, drifting in with coastal salt and rich cacao.
Palate: deepens the smoke with earthy, smouldering intensity, alongside notes of lemon curd, honeyed malt and stewed plums.
Finish: Long and drying, driven by ashy peat embers, cracked black pepper and a touch of salted toffee.
