Bottling Notes:
Limited release from Skene Scotch Whisky Ltd a 15 Year Old Burnside, which has been finished in an Cognac cask. Burnside is a teaspooned malt of two neighbouring Speyside giants, residing on the banks of the river Fiddich. Technically a blend of two single malts, 99.9% was distilled near Balvenie Castle with a teaspoon-full of the Fiddich Valley’s finest added in at the end.
