Nose: At the risk of coming across a bit SMWS.... Taking a big deep huff of sea air, on the beach with a smoldering bonfire.
Palate: Lapsang souchong with lemon, bog myrtle, is there such a thing as smoked figs?
Finish: Elegant, long pepper
