Bottling Notes:
Second crop of Lochlea’s Fallow Edition. An independent, family owned distillery in the heart of Ayrshire, where they grow their own barley, distill the spirit and mature the casks within the working farm. A combination of 45% Oloroso and 55% Pedro Ximenez Sherry butts have been used giving a different profile to Fallow (first crop).
