About the Beer:
A collaboration between Stewart Brewing and Brew Toon of a Mango and Coconut sour Lassi. Bursting with fresh mango this full-bodied tropical sour is juicy and refreshing.
The base beer has been kettle-soured to provide a refreshing tartness which cuts through the sweet tropical mango, rounded out with toasted coconut and unfermented lactose. All fermented with a Kveik yeast which amplifies the tropical flavours in the beer.
