Tasting Notes:
Nose: Creamy cereals and gently herbaceous malt are backed by caramel and buttery salted fudge.
Palate: Big, juicy layers of barley and peppered spices, with ginger and vanilla beneath. Salted caramel ice cream also plays a part.
Finish: Lasting ginger spice lingers, backed by toffee sweetness, charred oak, and a subtle hint of salinity.
