Matured in a marriage of Oloroso sherry casks and refill casks, it delivers a big fruit-forward profile with a creamy, spicy depth and a beautifully balanced malt backbone.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Spicy and creamy, with honey, strawberry, red apple and cinnamon, backed by toasted malt and a rich, rounded sherry depth.
Palate: Layers of dried fruit, sultanas and hazelnut, alongside stewed plums, figs and vanilla, lifted by a delicate berry brightness.
Finish: Medium in length, fruity and smooth, with gentle warmth and lingering sweet spice.
