Located in the southeast of Scotland, this tiny Island is home to nine (at the moment) distilleries, most known for their peaty and smoky character. Even though Islay's distilleries share the use of peat, they all have unique characters, from smoky, fruity Caol Ila to powerful and rich Laphroaig.
It's a great way to try something new.
