Speyside Single Malt from the Glenallachie Distillery bottled at cask strength by Woodrow's of Edinburgh as part of the Warehouse Reserve Collection. Released in Q4 of 2022.

Sometimes they come across liquids that have great potential but missing something, or sometimes think that it would be interesting to add some more flavours, complexity or "oomph" to the spirits.

Either way, Woodrow's do love a bit of secondary maturation on the side. Sourcing wood carefully and directly, these spirits are also bottled under “Warehouse Reserve”.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: A sweet fruity nose with baked apple, caramel and raisin.

Palate: Warm cinnamon spice, fruit cake with icing sugar and candied ginger.

Finish: Vibrant and complex finish with more baking spices and dark chocolate
