Bottling Notes:
Speyside Single Malt from the Glen Spey Distillery bottled at cask strength by Woodrow's of Edinburgh as part of the Warehouse Reserve Collection. Released in Q2 of 2022.
Sometimes they come across liquids that have great potential but missing something, or sometimes think that it would be interesting to add some more flavours, complexity or "oomph" to the spirits.
Either way, Woodrow's do love a bit of secondary maturation on the side. Sourcing wood carefully and directly, these spirits are also bottled under “Warehouse Reserve”.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Honey, Scottish tablet, fresh hay, linseed oil and ripe pear.
Palate: Honey, apple, orange and lemon peel, brown sugar and oat cakes
Finish: Oily coating with wihte fruits, pepper and cloves.
