Tasting Notes from Mike: After an initial blast of honey sweetness, the aroma's calm into a more classic 'Gin' oriented scent. spiced pine and citrus sherbet notes enveloped in an alluring honey sweetness. The juniper is there, but not what I would call distinct. More woody notes on the palate initially, melting into dry, lemony notes and spices. Not as sweet as the nose suggests but certainly a great sipping gin. On the finish the lemon remains, with a nutty dryness and pine. By adding Toni (Lamb & Watt Original) you get much more lemon honey notes, like cold lemsip or a lozenge! Beautiful!
The Growers Edition Range celebrates the emergence of a new group of tea pioneers. Around Sotland, growers are nurturing Scottish tea plants. The progress is slow and painstaking but the result is both unique and rare. The Teasmith creators were inspired to take this precious crop and create a truly unique range of gins.
