Provenance Festival 2024 is a flagship food tourism event that showcases the North East of Scotland as a world class food and drink destination, with a focus on discovering sustainable food and drink production through visitor experiences at source.
The 10-day event is taking place across the region from 21st - 29th September this year.
Led by Visit Aberdeenshire, the Provenance Festival gives visitors a unique opportunity to build their understanding of the provenance of North East food and drink - from field to fork and grain to glass.
Event Details:
We are delighted to showcase two exciting up and coming North East producers, Foghouse Spirits and Coco Caramel with this Meet the Maker event at the Inverurie Whisky Shop.
Foghouse Gin is a small batch, spirits producer that, like the Foghouse it takes its name from, is off the beaten track but a treasure to discover.
With two gins and a rum currently on offer, they have teamed up with the award winning Coco Caramel founder, Helen Arkwright for this insight into the creation of a spirit flavour-based chocolate collection.
Try three drinks and three chocolates and discover the journey from idea to creation, as well as the inspiration behind the brands.
