Like a large number of reps and brand ambassadors, Andy originally hails from the hospitality sector, having spent 15 years working and heading up some of Scotland’s top cocktail bars, well, those that are in Aberdeen.
Over those years he’s garnered a large selection of accolades including SLTN Mixologist of the Year (2015), SLTN Craft Spirit Enthusiast of the Year (2016), Disaronno Mixing Star – UK (2016), Old Forester Champion – UK (2016), and Gabriel Boudier – Wizard of the North (2106), amongst many others.
With his love, and passion, for drinks history and the stories behind the brands and cocktails it was no surprise, when the late nights took their toll, that a career with Berry Bros. & Rudd beckoned. Being the oldest wine and spirit merchant in the world (since 1698) and still family owned, this was clearly a perfect blend.
