This is a vatting of two refill hogsheads, sister casks with low fill levels. Low fill levels aren’t great for yield, but they do make magnificently oxidised whisky. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe know we’re preaching to the converted here, but refill wood really gave this spirit the space and time it needed to get to this point.
