To celebrate the success of being Whisky Distillery of the Year, Raasay have released this limited bottling of their oldest whisky to date.

This Special Release was matured in ex Four Roses Bourbon casks with a second maturation in Quercus Humboldtii virgin oak casks, and is unusually unpeated.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Vanilla & Butterscotch, Sugar caramel,

Palate: Crème Brûlée, Black Cherries and Savoury spices

Finish: Long and lasting with obvious Crème Brûlée sweetness and salted caramel.
