Single cask bottling from the Goldfinch Wine Series. this is the fourth release in a set of 5 single casks containing Sherry matured Blair Athol single Malt Whisky that has been finished for over 18 months in a first fill port pipe.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Creamy, butterscotch, almonds with vanilla, hint of oak which is beautifully smooth and rounded on the nose.
Palate: Gorgeous silky butterscotch, vanilla but gently imparting rich red fruit and a mild malty tannins.
Finish: A gentle lingering finish with fruits and smooth caramel makes it very easy to reach for a second dance.
