Bottling Notes:
A very special artisan gin liqueur, this 20% ABV infusion came about after the founder visited Italy to research agritourism. Inspired by her travels, she watched how the almonds were ground into a paste, then used as a base for Amaretto coffees and cakes. Once back in Scotland, this special recipe was conceived and when added to the gin the Gin Bothy Amaretto Liqueur was born.
