Provenance Festival 2023 is a flagship food tourism event that showcases the North East of Scotland as a world class food and drink destination, with a focus on discovering sustainable food and drink production through visitor experiences at source.

The 10-day event is taking place across the region between 29th September and 8th October 2023.

Led by VisitAberdeenshire, the Provenance Festival gives visitors a unique opportunity to build their understanding of the provenance of North East food and drink - from field to fork and grain to glass.

We are delighted to showcase Foghouse Gin with this Meet the Maker event. Inverurie Whisky Shop owner Mike Stuart also founded Foghouse Spirits in 2020 and released the multi award winning* Foghouse Gin.

Foghouse Gin is a small batch, exclusive gin that, like the Foghouse it takes its name from, is off the beaten track but a treasure to discover.

Using a Mediterranean influence, Foghouse gin has been created for the classic gin lover, and is an ideal base gin for the all-time favourite gin cocktails, The Martini, The French 75 and the Gimlet.

Try all three as well as a traditional Gin & Tonic, all served with this incredible gin.
