Domaine Pouderoux Maury 2018 Vintage 50cl
Maury are powerful wines which lend themselves to a long oxidative maturing process. But when they are young, with their black and red fruit balance, the delicacy of the tannins and the aromatic fragance, they are a real revelation.
One grape variety is identified with Maury: the Grenache noir, capricious, low yield, it guarantees the quality of Maury and it represents 100% of Pouderoux's vines.
The grapes are selected and sorted in the vineyard. Macerating for 30 days then the juices are separated and blended. The unfiltered and non-clarified wine is bottled in June following the harvest and is allowed to mature slowly.
Nose: Lots of red fruits, cherry, black-berry.
Palate: Generous and well balanced, full-bodied and well-structured: good tannins combined with a red fruit taste.
Finish: Dried red and black fruits
