Tasting Notes:
Nose: Stewed red berries compliment vanilla pod and subtle cocoa powder. Medjool dates give way to dark treacle and soft notes of aniseed.
Palate: Baked apple flavours intertwined with cinnamon and ginger spices. Dark chocolate leads to subtle citrus fruit and charred oak
Finish: Full, with lingering summer berries with soft herbal notes:
