Aged in the traditional Solera style system in the cellars of Barbadillo, this wine was allowed to oxidise slowly over many years to attain its rich aroma.
The process, which gives the Sherry its dark amber colour, rich walnut aroma and deep, generous flavours, is one of the oldest traditions in Sherry-making.
This is pure, unsweetened Oloroso, making it dry to taste. A perfect partner for Sirloin steak or a traditional stew. Also great with mature cheeses.
