Bottling Notes:
Overlooking the sleepy fishing harbour on the Isle of Mull, Tobermory Distillery produces both an unpeated and a heavily peated spirit with the latter being bottled under the distillery’s original name, Ledaig (pronounced lay-chack). This rich, oily single malt spent its final years in a specially selected rum cask from Diamond Distillery, in Guyana.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: warm vanilla, sweet smoke, orchard fruit
Palate: tropical, oily and rich, peat explosion!
Finish: orange, brown sugar, lingering tobacco
