From the heart of the Scottish Highlands, which gave Lord Byron the inspiration to write his most memorable poems.
Hand crafted by the Speyside Distillery using botanicals from their gardens and the local Cairngorm mountain grounds. Bird Cherry and Juniper are joined by Lemon scented fern, Lady's birdstraw, Rowan, Wild Thyme and Blaeberry to give a fruity, forrest-berry style gin - a real treat!
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Light, soft and gentle with citrus and herbs.
Palate: Sweet fruit and spice, velvety smooth and warming.
Finish: Mellow and fruity, lingering warmth.
