We are excited to share this, the first series of New Make spirit from Holyrood.
Each New Make draws upon a different element of the brewing process, from yeast selections to specialty malt ratios, culminating in Made by Edinburgh New Make which is at the heart of the inaugural public cask program.
This is a nod to Edinburgh's rich brewing history. Chocolate malt works well with the balance of fruity yeast and sweet distillers malt.
