Lengthy ageing in wooden casks rather than in bottle is what makes a tawny lighter in both colour and body than other styles. And with this comes softer tannins and a silkier mouthfeel. Graham's 10 year old tawny is a classic example.

Tasting Notes: The colour is a rich, deep shade of tawny and on the nose it's full of complex, nutty aromas with hints of honey and fig while on the palate the fruit flavours are rich, mature and mellow and lead onto a long, luscious finish.
